The ritzy, glitzy Whiskey Blue at the new W Hotel on Fort Lauderdale Beach is hosting a new Wednesday-night party that it guarantees to be “the only high-end gay-friendly party in town.” Whiskey Blue’s Facebook page says the party is for gay men and women “and the lucky people they call friend.” What’s more, the new hot spot says its Indulge Wednesday-night affair will “soon be the best party in town” and that if you go, you will see “the most beautiful bar with the most breathtaking view.”
If you’re one of those see-it-to-believe-it types, saddle up to Whiskey Blue’s horseshoe-shaped bar Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. and see for yourself if the “low lighting and jasmine planters infuse the air with a sensation of sensual mystery.” Yep, they promise that too.
