Saturday at 10 a.m., Jeffrey Eugenides, who won the Pulitzer for Middlesex, will discuss his latest novel, The Marriage Plot, in the Chapman Conference Center at Miami Dade College.
Later that day, Colson Whitehead will talk literary zombies, Darrell Hammond will relate Saturday Night Live misadventures, and Touré will discuss Who’s Afraid of Post-Blackness? The book fair ends Sunday with a panel on Harvey Pekar, author of American Splendor; John Barth on Every Third Thought; and filmmaker Michael Moore, who will no doubt pack Chapman when he discusses his memoir, Here Comes Trouble. Author events are free, but some require tickets.
