Protesters gathered at the Torch of Friendship on Biscayne Boulevard Saturday as part of the “No Kings” protests that took place across hundreds of U.S. cities. The demonstrations rose up in response to President Donald Trump’s multimillion-dollar military parade in Washington, D.C., which coincided with the Army’s 250th anniversary, Flag Day, and the president’s 79th birthday.
