If you’ve ever wanted to take your yoga practice outside the studio, you’ve got options in Miami. (Some are wilder than others.) Between sunrises over the ocean and sky-painting sunsets, the city offers no shortage of scenic spots to stretch, breathe, and move — and the best part is, many of them are completely free to visit.
Across the city, local instructors and community groups host recurring outdoor classes that welcome everyone from beginners to experienced yogis. Their classes offer ways to slow down and bask in Miami’s natural beauty without the pressure of studio fees or memberships.
Whether you’re looking to rise with the sun on Miami Beach or stretch at the club before a rager, these classes offer an easy way to unwind — and maybe even meet a few like-minded locals along the way. Here are the best free yoga classes in Miami.

420 Yoga at Club Space
Only in Miami could yoga meet nightlife like this. Founded by yoga instructor Tiffany April Levy, 420 Yoga at Club Space turns one of the city’s most iconic nighttime venues into a wellness sanctuary — music up, lights low, disco ball spinning. It’s an all-levels class, equal parts grounding and celebratory. Class starts Saturdays at 4:20 p.m. — note that doors typically open at 3:30 p.m. — and tickets go live the preceding Wednesday at 4:20 p.m. on the DICE app. Availability is very limited, so only claim a ticket if you’re sure you can make it. It’s a free gift to the community with rotating teachers — beginners, first-timers, and pros all welcome. 4:20 p.m. Saturdays, at Club Space, 34 NE 11th St., Miami; 786-616-6742; clubspace.com. Follow @yogiinvaders for event details.

Third Street Beach Yoga
A true Miami Beach landmark — and the Best of Miami 2025 winner for Best Yoga — Third Street Beach Yoga has been greeting the sun and setting with the waves since 1998. It all started when newly certified teacher October Rose began practicing solo at Third Street, and a few curious beachgoers joined in. Before long, she was leading classes morning and evening, and what began as a small gathering grew into a thriving community.
Even after Rose moved to India in 2008, her spirit continues to shape the practice. The mission remains simple: make yoga accessible to everyone, 365 days a year. Classes meet daily at 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., weather permitting, and are donation-based, with teachers volunteering their time to share yoga from the heart. No reservations, no membership, no barriers — just show up with your mat and experience one of Miami’s most beloved community traditions. 7 a.m. daily at Third St. and Ocean Dr., Miami Beach; @3rdstreetbeachyoga.
