If padel’s rapid rise in Miami has felt inevitable, Ace Padel’s arrival makes it official. The design-forward brand will open its first-ever club in Coconut Grove in the first half of 2026, choosing South Florida as the launchpad for a coast-to-coast expansion that also includes confirmed locations in Denver and Los Angeles. The opening date and exact location within Coconut Grove are still to be announced.

The move plants Ace’s flag in a city already fluent in global sports trends. Founded by father-son duo Peter and Elliot Carnello, Ace Padel has established a global reputation by treating padel as a lifestyle experience rather than a recreational amenity. At its core is cinematic design, curated sound, hospitality-driven amenities, and an emphasis on social connection that reflects the sport’s explosion across Europe and Latin America. Miami, naturally, was the first U.S. domino.

“Miami was the natural choice for our first Ace Padel Club,” Elliot Carnello, co-founder and CEO of Ace Padel, tells New Times. “It is a global sports city with a growing padel audience, yet South Miami and Coconut Grove have been underserved until now. Our club is more than just courts; we’re creating a full experience before, during, and after, designed for every level from beginner to pro. With covered courts tailored to Miami’s heat and rain, a dedicated center court for events, and premier amenities, Ace Padel sets a new standard for what a padel club can be in this city.”

The Coconut Grove club will feature five outdoor courts, with four of these protected by a 32-foot canopy, ensuring they remain playable year-round. Built with Mejor Set, the official court provider of the Premier Padel Tour, Ace Padel says the courts will be the first hurricane-proof and -permitted padel courts in the City of Miami. It’s a notable flex in a market where padel demand has often outpaced infrastructure.

Beyond South Florida, Ace’s growth plan includes an eight-court facility in Denver’s RiNo District. Los Angeles will also build on the brand’s existing cultural cachet — stemming from its annual LA Padel Invitational — with a flagship club between Beverly Hills and Santa Monica.
