Here’s a music festival you can feel good about attending. The May Flowers Music Event is coming to the Corporate Pavillion at C.B. Smith Park on May 23, and net proceeds will be donated to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to help find a cure for Leukemia, Lymphoma, Hodgkin’s Disease, and Myeloma. $10 in advance and $15 at the door gets you access to bands like HereIIHere, No Mercy, Shauna Sweeney, Michael Shivers, Hiatus Road, Lest She Speaks, Bob Singer, Rob Koppelman, and Ashley Lewis. Visit the Myspace page for more information or to pick up your entrance wristbands.
