Cancer sucks, and laughter is the best medicine. The self-billed “breast show you’ll see all year” is set to combine the fight against the deadly disease with top-quality laughs and beer — basically the best idea ever.

Drink for a good cause this Saturday at Artistic Vibes Studio (12986 SW 89th Ave., Miami) for Hakuna My TaTas, a night of all-female improv comedy brought to you by the funnywomen of the Society Circus Players. There will be “tatas and hoo-hahas, and constant broo-ha-ha,” according to the event’s Facebook page, and all profits from ticket sales and prize raffles will go to La Liga Contra el Cancer, dedicated to providing free health care to cancer patients in need.

You know that one guy friend who always tries to tell you women aren’t funny? Get him drunk and make him eat his words while helping pay for some deserving women’s breast surgery. These ladies may be the clowns in the circus of life, but they take their job seriously, so expect some real belly laughs.

Showtime is 8 p.m., and tickets cost $10 presale or $15 at the door. Call 786-520-6122 or visit societycircusplayers.com.

Sat., Oct. 11, 8 p.m., 2014
