Nude Miami will bring a taste of Erewhon energy to Brickell when it opens its first organic grocer and cafe in early 2026. The flagship will land at 1100 Brickell Bay Drive with a plan to reset how the city shops for groceries, eats during the day, and approaches wellness.
The flagship store covers 4,720 square feet and brings together organic produce, grass-fed meats, dairy products, snacks, and wellness essentials under one roof. The inventory follows a strict rulebook: No GMOs, no artificial colors, no artificial flavors, no chemical preservatives, no endocrine disruptors, and no seed oils. Every product must clear a screening process before it reaches the shelves.
The founders built the concept around everyday use. The store is designed to serve as a reliable weekly destination for individuals who prioritize clean ingredients, rather than a special occasion shop that requires advance planning or multiple trips.

The Hot Bar Takes Center Stage
The prepared foods program sits at the center of the store. Nude Miami describes it as Miami’s first organic hot bar, with a full lineup of proteins, sides, salads, and grab-and-go dishes.
Grass-fed steak, wild-caught salmon, and air-chilled pasture-raised chicken anchor the menu. Everything is cooked in extra-virgin olive oil, cold-pressed avocado oil, grass-fed butter, or tallow. The team states that the entire operation will be seed-oil-free. The hot bar will operate on a pay-by-the-pound basis, allowing guests to create meals tailored to their appetite.
Alongside groceries, Nude Miami will run a full cafe with made-to-order smoothies, coffee, and matcha. The pastry case will feature a selection of pastries, desserts, and sourdough from local bakeries. Cold-pressed juices will be bottled in glass and made with only organic ingredients.

A Place for New Brands
Shelves will double as a discovery platform for emerging CPG brands that meet Nude Miami’s standards. Snacks, beverages, supplements, pantry items, and personal care products will all go through the same selective review process.
The Brickell store is the first location, with more planned across Miami and South Florida. The company states that several sites are in development; however, no addresses or timelines have been announced for these additional locations.
