You could use some more pisco in your life. And this weekend, you can get your fix at the Sabor Peru Gastronomic Festival in Doral.
In addition to cooking classes, music shows, and culinary tours, the fair will offer a pisco cocktail competition. Located at the Miami Airport Convention Center, it will also explore the regional cuisines of Peru.
