Jamie DeRosa, former executive chef at Tudor House and Michael Reginbogin, former general manager of Estiatorio Milos are teaming up once again to develop a new restaurant.
Reginbogin and DeRosa worked together at Tudor House before going their separate ways.
Reginbogin went to Milos, where he was named general manager, while DeRosa set out to conduct extensive restaurant research and start a family.
Reginbogin leaves the upscale Greek seafood restaurant on a good note.

Reginbogin moved to Miami three years ago and has since worked in some
of the best establishments in the city, including Sugarcane Raw Bar
Grill.
DeRosa has worked with Allen Susser, Wolfgang Puck, and at the
Michelin-starred Fat Duck in England before heading to Miami Beach to
head the kitchen at Tudor House, which closed in early December.
The new restaurant will fall under their recently established restaurant group, Social Dining Concepts LLC, which was formed in August 2012.
