“Just because you’re shaped like some combination of a gun and a dick doesn’t mean you have to act that way,” said Daily Show guest host John Oliver during the show’s recap of the George Zimmerman case. He also suggested that Florida change its nickname from “The Sunshine State” to the more blunt “The Worst State.”
Oliver, who is subbing in for Jon Stewart, particularly took aim at Florida’s laws and wondered, “How does 2013 Florida have a law that seems cut and pasted from 1881 Tombstone?”
