Chef Giancarla of Escopazzo will be cooking up a special Mothers Day Luncheon Buffet at Paradise Farms this Sunday, May 9th. A driver will pick up the guests at Escopazzo at 11:30 a.m., lunch begins at 1:00 p.m., and includes Schnebly organic wines, live music, a complimentary bottle of Schnebly to take home, and a $30 voucher towards dinner at Escopazzo (price of $155 per person also covers optional transportation; children are $50 with transportation, $30 without).
The lunch includes wild baby brassica and arugula salad with dried apricots, sesame seeds, and parmesan; salmon with caramelized fennel and dill; fusilli pasta with ricotta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and pine nuts; fruit with chilled mascarpone cheese; plus a couple of other dishes.Giancarla’s cooking is always infused with fresh flavors, and Paradise Farms always provides a peerless pastoral setting.
