Can’t blame the owners of O Bacalhau for not trying to break the mold.

I mean offering salt cod 16 ways is pretty unique. Alas, the phone

number for this Coral Gables Portuguese restaurant, which opened this

past January on Ponce de Leon, is no longer in service. Too bad, as I

was really curious how this fish would taste grilled, or fried and

sauced with madeira wine. O well.
