What we liked best at last night’s Peter Vauthy/Michael Symon Prelude Dinner at Red, The Steakhouse was this Certified Angus Beef brisket slider with pickled chilies, cilantro, and marrownaise — that’s right, bone marrow and mayonnaise. Pretty hefty stuff for an hors d’oeuvre, but dee-lish!
