See Louis C.K. Comes to South Florida, Sells His Own Damn Tickets to Keep Prices Down.
Louis C.K. fans who tune into Louie on Thursday won’t see the comedian wandering his usual New York streets. The next episode takes Louie to Miami — and includes scenes that (gasp!) were actually shot here in South Florida.
Judging from the promos, the upcoming episode, simply titled “Miami,” is mostly set in South Beach. Sources tell us C.K. shacked up at The Raleigh several months ago during filming, and the hotel also serves as the setting for a pretty classic interaction between Louie and your standard SoBe bikini babe.
