Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill has launched a weekend brunch. Starting at 11:30 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, and running until 5:00 p.m., the a la carte menu will include:
*Whole wheat pumpkin pancakes with housemade vanilla bean ricotta and seasonal fruit ($8).
*House Muesli and yogurt with orange blossom honey and fresh berries ($6).
*Belgian waffle with either berries ‘n’ cream or banana ‘n’ Nutella ($7).
*Steak ‘n’ Eggs Benedict made with oxtail cheek and tail hash ($12).
*Roasted Burrata and dried tomato stew with country bread ($9).
*Morning flatbread with roasted egg, vegetables, and Manchego cheese ($13).
*Duck and waffles made with crispy leg confit and mustard maple syrup ($14).
Scaled-down lunch and dinner items will likewise be available, as will specialties from the raw bar and robata grill. Yes, cocktails and pitchers of Bloody Marys and mimosas as well. Wide selection of coffees, too.
Our take? Selections sound delicious, and more creative than the usual brunch. Add Sugarcane’s sweet vibe and we’re betting this will be a big hit — which, admittedly, is a fairly easy prediction to make.
