Albert Gonzalez, the Miami mega-hacker who stole information from tens of millions of credit and debit cards in possibly the biggest case of identity fraud in history, has plead guilty to two county of conspiracy and another charge of wire fraud.
Previously, Gonzelez plead guilty to two other related charges in September.
Sentencing is set for March, and the Feds are recommending a 15 to 25 year sentence, but Gonzalez’s attorney have asked for a lighter jail term, claiming he has a form of autism.
