Since September 15 is National Chicken Lovers Day (don’t fret — we didn’t know, either), all Pollo Tropical company-owned restaurants in Florida, Georgia, and New Jersey will be giving away free quarter-chicken meals along with rice and beans from 2 to 7 p.m. today, but there’s a catch: you’ve gotta show up dressed head-to-toe in yellow and cluck like a chicken to the cashier. No, we’re not joking.
Oh, and by the way, did you know the first Pollo Tropical
restaurant opened in 1988 in Miami? Yep, that’s a clucking long time to
be in business.
Now that you’ve been fully
schooled, go dress your clucking ass in lemony shades and drive your
clucking car to the closest clucking Pollo for your free lunch. Then go
back to clucking work, you lazy cluck. Oh, and you’re clucking welcome
for the 411, you clucking clucker.
