Next month Market Grill, an Argentine-style “boutique meat market” and food shop will open in the Blockbuster Plaza at 1539 Alton Road. The signature offering will be a “Pre-Selected Parrillada,” where you’ll be able to tell the butcher the amount of people expected at your BBQ, and the staff will pack the premium cuts necessary for you to grill an authentic parrillada; each cut will come individually wrapped in a thermal bag that keeps the meat cool up to three hours.
The market’s promo likewise promises “a complete selection of exquisite gourmet, organic and artisan foods from different parts of the world”, including desserts and freshly baked breads.
