“We went out and we saw that there was bleeding everywhere and we’re like, ‘Dude this guy’s in pain,’ ” said Sam Lucaciu, a tourist from Australia who was walking down Collins Avenue Sunday morning when he spotted a 200-pound man impaled on a black metal fence spike.
Sam hoisted the guy, who had been drinking (surprise!), off the fence. “This is our first night in Miami, and there you go,” Sam told CBS 4.
