$7,500

Consumer Reports recently polled 28,000 online subscribers and asked them to rate hamburgers from 18 fast food restaurants around the country. Those surveyed were asked to rate each burger from 1 to 10, the scale going from least delicious burger ever eaten to the most delicious. McDonald’s finished at the bottom of the pile. Wendy’s and Burger King polled better than Mickey D’s, but performed much worse than the higher rated ones — which included chains such as Fuddruckers, Burgerville, and Back Yard Burgers.

The winners? In-N-Out Burger and Five Guys Burgers and Fries. That’s all the info I’ve got. Complete findings will be available in the October issue, which hits newsstands Tuesday at which point it will also be posted on the CR website.
