The Football Meatball gets its name from it football as opposed to spherical shape. Renzo uses ground turkey “fora tha healthy conscious,” prosciutto, kosher salt, pepper, parsley, basil, bread crumbs, pine nuts, raisins and two types of cheese.
Some people say you should never trusts a skinny chef. Renzo looks like he has eaten a few football meatballs in his day, he’s got a good personality for video, and the recipe looks like a winner.
