I mean, Jim Gray’s questions such as “One hand or two?” and “Are you still a nail-biter?” were some of the most ridiculous moments in journalism since Barbara Walters asked someone: “If you were a tree, what kind of tree would you be?” It’s ripe for parody, and on last night’s ESPY Awards, Steve Carell and Paul Rudd knocked it out of the park.
