Barton G’s Prelude Opening Puts a Giraffe on Biscayne Boulevard

Barton G, ringmaster, restaurateur, attention getter, giraffer? Yes. He said he would do it and he produced.

What hundreds of pound of free food, hundreds of bottles of free drinks, a concert stage with a great opening band and the Pointer Sisters headlining cannot do, a giraffe on Biscayne Boulevard can.

So it was that last night’s big money ballerfest to open Barton G’s Prelude restaurant at the Arsht was a success.
