Damn Good Burger, the restaurant slated to replace Mia at Biscayne, has announced an early-May opening.
The restaurant will combine the “upbeat atmosphere of the 1950s and 1960s in a modern setting,” says Mia’s marketing and events manager, Chantal Gonzalez.
The menu will consist of burgers, fries, shakes, and sandwiches. Burger prices will range from $4.75 for a plain single to $10.50 for a triple. An assortment of add-ons such as bacon, truffle oil, mushrooms, and cheese will be available for a buck apiece.
Though the menu sounds typical, DGB will serve 100 percent hormone-free, antibiotic-free, humanely raised, age- and source- verified, certified Black Angus beef blend of short rib, chuck, and brisket.
There will also be 20 craft beers and a selection of wines.
Gonzalez said DGB’s opening will not affect Mia’s lounge and nightclub, which are both open and will remain open.
