Choose from artisanal cheeses and charcuterie, fresh seafood and sushi, breakfast bites, desserts, and swanky stuff like Colorado lamb saddle, truffle risotto, halibut rossini, and Australian filet mignon — all with a helluva view. It ain’t cheap, but what a way to welcome 2014.
