A who’s who of local culinary talent will join forces Thursday for Taste of the Nation, an evening of food and drink to benefit Share Our Strength. At the Fairmont Turnberry Isle, guests will sample wine and spirits as well as dishes prepared by more than 40 local chefs, including Michael Schwartz, Michelle Bernstein, Allen Susser, and Timon Balloo. General admission is $100; VIP tickets, which allow guests to begin sampling an hour earlier during a champagne reception, cost $200.
