Women are rejoicing from Hialeah to Homestead. Why? Because Aqua Girl is back, which means that at party after party of lesbian, bisexual, and trans women will celebrate their right to make out with each other. And believe us, there will be plenty of making out. Aqua Girl, which runs through Saturday, starts off with Thursday’s Traffic Jam kick-off dance party at Dream Nightclub . On Friday from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m., listen to the sounds of DJ Citizen Jane and DJ G-Spot at the Surfcomber Resort (1717 Collins Ave., Miami Beach), while Sapphic swimming ensues at the Splash Pool Party. Tickets cost $9 to $17. Take the celebration (and your outfit) up a notch by enjoying Dish, Aqua Girl’s culinary affair at Smith & Wollensky (1 Washington Ave., Miami Beach) Saturday from 8 to 10 p.m. Tickets cost $50 to $60. Then round out all of your presummer lovin’ with Afterglow, Aqua Girl’s official closing party at Score Nightclub (727 Lincoln Rd., Miami Beach), featuring DJ Zehno, DJ Kaprah, and Lady M on the turntables from 9 p.m. until 2 a.m. Event passes cost $108 to $319.
