Although the pretentious South Beach Wine & Food Festival is still months away, you can easily score tickets to this family-friendly community munching event: The Taste of South Florida: A Celebration of Food, Music & Wine. Local restaurants, including Brisa de España, Mediterranea, Borinqueya, and Las Delicias, will encourage you to eat more while the bands Cloud 9, Sosos, Libido, and the Pedro Bello Cuban Son Quartet will have you dancing off those calories. The Three Guys from Miami will be heating up the Chef’s Theater, and the horses will keep the little ones on track during a Paso Fino show. Snack your way around the Miami-Dade Expo Center Friday from 5:00 to 11:00 p.m. and today and Sunday from 1:00 to 10:00 p.m. Admission is $15.
