“A Week of Savage Craic” (pronounced “crack”) does not mean seven days’ worth of exposure to your plumber’s deeply cleft buttocks or a week-long drug binge in the Amazon rainforest. It does mean several days of eating, drinking and partying leading up the St. Patrick’s Day (Thursday, March 17), all put on by Miami’s newest addition to the Irish pub sweepstakes, Fado. The festivities begin Saturday with Irish food and prizes at Coral Gables’ St. Patrick’s Day Irish Festival and continue through to the Big Day itself with a free festival in the plaza at Mary Brickell Village.
