Say, “Cheese!” Actually, say Cheese Connection, the first annual celebration of the best thing you can do with milk, to be held from Friday, March 18 to Sunday, March 20, at the Miami Airport Convention Center. More than 300 makers of artisanal cheese will be on hand, tasting their wares and conducting cheese-making demonstrations at this hybrid trade show-cheese-athon. It’s open to the public from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, March 19, and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
