Jewish Community Volunteer Day: The Greater Miami Jewish Federation (4200 Biscayne Blvd., Miami) has a slew of volunteer events lined up for the entire day. Do a good deed by cooking or serving food for Community Partnership for the Homeless, Ronald McDonald House, or the Salvation Army. You can also visit patients at Aventura Hospital or put your knitting skills to the test by making baby hats and booties to be given to local shelters for victims of domestic violence.
