Independent Journalism in Miami Needs You
We need to raise $10,000 by August 9 to support the reporting our community depends on. Reader support keeps us independent and is playing a larger role in funding local journalism and shaping what comes next. If you believe independent local journalism matters, make a contribution today.
Forget Fashion Week and the Model Beach Volleyball Tournament and the dozens of nightlife scenes around South Beach that seem to attract good-looking people like exceptionally stunning moths to a flame. This Sunday, the sexiest people in Miami won’t be anywhere near the ocean.
They’ll be at Sun Life Stadium (347 Don Shula Dr., Miami Gardens), where the Miami Dolphins will play the visiting New England Patriots.
Football fans aren’t exactly known for their striking facial features or svelte physiques. But the sheer sex appeal of two of this game’s guaranteed attendees — Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and Lauren Tannehill, wife of Dolphins QB Ryan — is enough to outweigh every beer gut in the stands.
Blond and busty, living Barbie doll Lauren Tannehill has been a Miami sex symbol ever since the Fins selected her husband in the 2012 draft. Brady is, of course, the dreamy Super Bowl MVP who’s been making the ladies of Boston drop their panties (along with their r’s) ever since 2000.
If Brady’s wife, Gisele Bündchen, shows up, the whole stadium might just collapse under the weight of its own sexual tension.
The game begins at 1 p.m. Tickets cost $45 to $700 via ticketmaster.com.
