Kitsuné has done so much for us. Over the past decade, the Parisian electro label has delivered some of our favorite music, from Cut Copy to Boys Noize, Bloc Party, Digitalism, Hot Chip, Klaxons, La Roux, Two Door Cinema Club, and a million others. But as these French hipsters celebrate their tenth anniversary, we don’t even have to buy them any gifts or write them any poems. They just want us to come out to an awesome dance party with Oliver and the Twelves. This could be one of the most exciting nights of our lives, because the Twelves guys almost never come to America. They’re from Brazil, and they deliver some of the best funky nu-disco on the planet. Then there’s Oliver, two dudes from Los Angeles who are guaranteed to make us sweat out the jams before the Brazilians even touch the stage. Best birthday party ever. Thanks for the invite, Kitsuné.
