At the Whole Foods in Coral Gables, you have one last chance this year to check out the kitchen action of one of our hot local chefs to be featured at the 2011 South Beach Wine & Food Festival. Pastry chef supreme Hedy Goldsmith of Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink will do a cooking demo and Q&A at 7 p.m. Thursday, December 9. It’s free to get in, but you do need rezzies (call the store). Everyone who shows up also gets entered in a drawing to win two tickets to the Whole Foods Grand Tasting Village at the SoBe fest.
