The secrets behind chef Cindy Hutson’s “Cuisine of the Sun” are up for grabs at her interactive cooking classes. Classes cost $90 per person are limited to 18 students who split into groups of six to prepare a meal, each group led by one of the chefs at Hutson’s acclaimed Ortanique on the Mile in Coral Gables.
