You’ve done yoga in a sweaty gym and on the floor of your apartment. You’ve even struck some poses in bed after a random one-night-stand or two. As far as scenery goes for your workout, you’re pretty diverse, but have you ever done Yoga by the Sea? Each Wednesday at The Barnacle Historical State Park, instructor Jennifer Dugan will help you increase your energy — physically, mentally, and spiritually — through yoga.
You’ll do the upside-down tortoise while inhaling refreshing sea breezes, and the tree while enjoying the peace and tranquility of moving waters. Each week from 6 to 7:15 p.m., you’ll synchronize poses with your breath, and for the rest of the week, your bod will thank you for it. Classes cost $13 each, and bring your own mat.
