If you’re not the type of person who’s going to get up before dawn for a 26.2 mile run, you should probably stay in bed to avoid the traffic hassles caused by the more than 10,000 runners who will be hitting the streets for the fourth annual ING Miami Marathon and Half Marathon. The races begin at 6:00 a.m. at Bayfront Park and will be followed by a postrace finish line celebration from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. You must register and pick up your race packet by Saturday, January 28, at the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida Health & Fitness Expo at the Hyatt Regency, 400 SE Second Ave., Miami.
