Beginning at 7:00, 12 pairs of boxers (all from Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach county units) will face off for three rounds of fisticuffs, police officers versus firefighters. “There’s definitely a friendly, competitive rivalry,” says Miami Beach firefighter Charlton Price. “Some of us know each other from working alongside each other, and of course you would like your team to win for the bragging rights.” Tickets for the rumble start at $15 and are available at the Hard Rock box office and www.ticketmaster.com.
