The center is known for being the place to go to aid in healing and consciousness, and today’s aid comes by way of a Reiki training class. What is Reiki? It’s a kind of hands-on energy healing that uses chi (life force energy) to heal the body, mind, and spirit.
Today from 10:00 to 6:00, instructor Tracy Kenline will teach you how to heal yourself and others using this Japanese spiritual practice. “Reiki helps with detoxifying, and it helps you deal with emotional, physical, and spiritual stress. Afterwards you’ll feel uplifted, spiritually connected, and you’ll have greater clarity,” says Kenline. So our prescription for you: Take two of these classes and call us in the morning. Each session costs $200.
