70. Queso de Cabra al Horno (Baked Goat Cheese With Tomatoes) at Tapas y Tintos
The only thing in life better than a hunk of cheese and some bread is a crock of molten-hot baked cheese and a loaf of bread. Tapas y Tintos' queso de cabra ($10.25) is as simple as can be -- a crock full of goat cheese baked with olive oil, garlic and tomatoes arrives bubbling hot. A loaf of bread accompanies the cheese and your server will happily supply you with additional loaves if you find your bread to cheese ration falling short.
The dish is perfectly seasoned with enough fresh garlic, tangy tomatoes and olive oil to bring out the flavors of each ingredient without masking the delicate goat cheese. Perfect for sharing over a glass of Rioja.
