Don’t wait for the New Year to start exercising. Dust off your running shoes and sign up for Live Ultimate RUN South Beach. The race lets you jog the length of Ocean Drive without the usual flock of tourists blocking your path. The course begins and ends at the swanky Nikki Beach Club (1 Ocean Dr., Miami Beach).
