If you want to live a lifestyle infused with that Armani touch, buy a unit in the under construction luxury tower Residences by Armani Casa in Sunny Isles Beach. But if you really love everything Armani and want a once-in-a-lifetime Armani experience, well, you'll have to buy the penthouse.

Developers are putting the tower's second $15 million penthouse on the market, and to sweeten the deal they've included a trip to Italy to meet the famed designer himself, Giorgio Armani.

Including extra perks and unusual amenities in a package to sell high-end real estate in Miami is nothing new. Others have included artwork and Lamborghinis in deals like they're toys in a Happy Meal. However, this project, a collaboration between developers Related Group and Dezer Development with the House of Armani onboard on the design and branding tip, is offering an experience as part of the package.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the buyer will get a pair first-class, round-trip tickets to Milan. On the trip they'll not only meet Armani, they'll also get a two-night stay at the Armani Hotel Milano, a private tour of Armani's flagship store, dine at the Armani Ristorante, have cocktails at Armani Privé, and receive a signed copy of Armani's book.

While Migos and Drake are all about "Versace, Versace, Versace," the buyer of this unit will get an experience that's very "Armani, Armani, Armani."

The buyer will get to stay at the Armani hotel in Milan and get to tour the Armani flagship boutique, which is conveniently located in the same building.

Notably, though, the deal doesn't include tickets to an Armani runway show or any Armani gear itself. Oh, well. We're sure anyone who can afford the $15 million price tag in the first place will find a way to make do.

Besides, the interiors of the penthouse were designed by Armani and his team. The penthouse stretches 6,000 square feet over the 53rd and 54th floors of the tower.

The 308-unit building broke ground in October and is expected to be completed in 2018. A total of 180 units have already been sold.
