Argument Over Cutting in Line at Florida McDonald's Leads to Butt Stabbing
Keep Floridians away from their fast food at your own peril.
A case of cutting in line at a Tampa McDonald's led to a knife in a man's butt. However, because this is Florida, the person who got a knife in the butt wasn't even the one trying to cut in line.
According to WTSP, Mohammad Abukhder was sitting in his car at a McDonald's drive-thru off Highway 301 Wednesday morning. Rebecca Simmons, age 45, came along and tried to cut in front of him.
Abukhder began yelling profanities at Simmons, but she was not about to apologize for her line-cutting behavior. She pulled out a knife, got out of her car, and stabbed the hood of Abukhder's car.
Abukhder then exited his car and tried to take Simmons' keys so she wouldn't leave the scene. Granted, approaching a woman brandishing a knife with a hunger for McDonald's so great she's apparently not above breaking common curtesy and a few laws to get it just a few minutes sooner might not be such a great idea.
Yep, she stabbed him in the right buttocks and left a puncture wound.
Simmons was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and criminal mischief with property damage.
Abukhder's injuries did not require medical attention, but the damage to his car is estimated to be $200.
