Spaceghostpurrp (AKA Muney Jordan) is a dark ass, blaspheming, postmodern motherfucker. Tracks off 2011's Blvcklvnd Rvdix 66.6 (or Blackland Radio 66.6) flaunt an arrogantly constructed alphabet, replacing vowels with Vs and Xs.
This 20 year old's music is heavily referential both lyrically and musically, touching on concepts like the Illuminati and sampling artists such as Three Six Mafia. He takes time to talk shit on the Taylor Gang, sample Mortal Kombat, and offers high-quality dick chatter.
The Carol City boy takes his raw rap style to the next dimension with touches of horrorcore, dabbling songs with a feminine screech and a Vincent Price-like laugh. He even gets barebones experimental, leaving hardly a beat on his track "Get Yah Head Bust."
Though he's produced other mixtapes, this one caught the ear of the West Coast before even hitting the city that spawned it. Thanks to Syd tha Kyd of Odd Future playing his songs before shows, the L.A. scene gobbled the Ghost up before we even got a taste.
Eat your fill with this best album of 2011.
