Its a trip bcuz, i always used to say the same about artists giving back to the community. Luke pulled their (trill) card & he is speaking up on all our behalfs in mia. U see all these rappers on flyers for club performances but never having a giveaway at a local park or whatever, or sponsor a miami pop warner team i.e. We dont just want u in our clubs. Our kids buy and listen these mixed messages they sell and they are so caught up they forgot the meaning of giving back... These cats gotta tighten up... And maybe some parts of the illumiati is true..... Maybe they cant even control their own destiny..... Hmph thats a thought. This is big E speaking from a small but big town called perrine.

It's there choice to give back to whatever community they want to! They have other organization they give back to. What makes them obligated to give back to the Miami community? Just because they live here? How many other celebrity lives in Miami and don't give back to the community. They are helping Miami when they come here because they generate a lot of sales.
I know Diddy gives back to the New York community. Wayne gives back to New Orleans. So why do they have to give back to Miami???

I enacted a personal boycot of all non-miamian living in miami music. Maybe if we can get the rest of south FLA to join in we can eliminate this market from their pockets and then maybe they will respond, but as long as we keep thinkin they are cool they are gonna run around town like they own dade. I also agree its about the kids, I am in the healthcare sector and deal with many unfortunate issues in childhood and for some reason these kids really look up to these guys, we definately need these clowns to act more like community supporters and give back to these youths who look up to them sooooo much!

I think anyone that says Luke is right has to consider why he is calling out only these 3 music artists, for what reasons(soaking up our sun is not a good reason. sleeping with OUR women is not either), and are they the only 3, if not, broaden this article to talk about why people should give back to the community and u can use 3 as examples. But the way he wrote this article....HATER all Over it.

What Luke is saying is that all these rappers are blowing money over that bridge when in fact they don't want no blacks over there to begin with ( CHECK YA HISTORY BOOKS) These people fly in from all over the world making the business owners RICH as hell and wont even step back across the bridge to spend a dime in the real Miami . There are no black owned businesses on the beach in which the Miami Beach Police Dept is the only agency i know that parks Super Sized Corrections Buses in front of there building during major black events. The people who own those businesses on the beach take that money and run back to the plush areas of Miami and dare not spend a dime back into the black community . But our dumb asses year after year keep running over there during the holidays spending outrageous money just to say were on the fucking beach like its bragging rights. How many hip-hop artist from Miami who spends so many years " TRYING TO BLOW" so they call it , actually get exposed nationally outside of the Miami area? And here is another real focal point . I dare any black person who is not from here to go to certain parts of this city and try to buy something from a store and i guarantee you that you would think that you were slapped back to the 1960's civil rights movement. Blacks in Miami are hurting , Not only the poor but from all variations of life. Ask the county worker who spends 30 years working just to send his kids to college but when they obtain there degree they cant even get a good job here in the Magic City to uplift there family's. Why do you think ATLANTA is so packed with Miami folks and its sure not the weather. If your going to spend all that money on South Beach at least blow some of it in the Black Community in the various areas , And trust me not all areas look like OVERTOWN !
