Overtown Is Teeming With Dirty Syringes

Dr. Hansel Tookes walks through Overtown, near Frederick Douglass Elementary School and Booker T. Washington High School, where dozens of used needs can be found tossed on the ground. For years, Tookes has fought for addicts 壽潐蹪 kids who are threatened by the random, potentially hazardous metal strewn throughout their neighborhood 壽潐蹪 and for needle exchanges.
