...While Burke Scouts Miami For A Restaurant

​As I was finishing up my conversation with Mr. Burke, he mentioned that today he would be looking around Boca and Miami for a possible restaurant locale. He's already got six venues up north, and is looking to expand. "The west coast and Vegas are too far," he explained, adding that, like seemingly every other chef, he really likes South Beach.
