Cellar 1954 Wine Dinner at Hakkasan. Kicking off the Fontainebleau Miami Beach's Cellar 1954 wine series, a multicourse dinner at Hakkasan will feature Lingua Franca wines from Oregon led by master sommelier Larry Stone. Time Out Market Miami Opening. Miami's much-anticipated Time Out Market opens Thursday with 17 eateries, a demo kitchen, and three bars. Curated by Time Out's editorial team, the lineup includes venerable chef Norman Van Aken, who will double down on the market with two new concepts, including one that celebrates the chef's love affair with the Florida Keys. Other notable chefs represented include Jeremy Ford, Antonio Bachour, Michael Beltran, Giorgio Rapicavoli, and Suzy Batlle of Azucar. Wawa Opens Three Miami-Dade Stores This Week. Wawa is finally opening its doors in Miami-Dade this week. After months of growing anticipation, fans of the Philadelphia-based convenience-store chain can look forward to Thursday's official grand opening of the area's first three stores. Each store will launch with ribbon cuttings, giveaways, and prizes in a staggered fashion. On May 9 at 9 a.m., store #5260, located at 6971 SW 24th St., Miami, will open; on May 9 at 1 p.m., store #5245, located at 11990 SW 137th Ave., Miami, will open; and on May 9 at 4 p.m., store #5243, located at 11101 SW 184th St., Cutler Bay, will open. Free Moet Rosé at Chotto Matte. Thursday, Chotto Matte launches an all-new ladies' night promotion with a "Pink Piccolo Party" featuring complimentary Moet rosé served throughout the lounge area.
