6. The Wynwood Yard
The yard is hosting Addicted to Art for a special singles appreciation night, and DJ Le Spam will be on the stage spinning old-school beats. The Bar at the Yard is pouring a Heartbreak Hotel punch special ($5), and there will be art on display. Charcoal, the first full-service restaurant at the Yard, will make its big debut as well. Addicted to Art Miami co-founder and organizer Luis Garcia says, "Valentine's Day isn't geared toward singles and doesn't appreciate them and let's face it, there are a lot of people who are single every Valentine's Day. So you have this big group of people perhaps feeling a little unappreciated that day and we wanted to have something fun for them, as well as support local artists, which is what we do at Addicted to Art Miami." Admission is free.

7. Bay Club
Managing partner Cristina Ventura wants singles to enjoy the evening at Bay Club, saying, "There is a lot of pressure associated with Valentine's Day. It's even worse for singles. They are the ones who need a drink or two." The Lucali-adjoining neighbor will serve a complimentary buffet from 5 to 8 p.m. in addition to free house champagne and tequila cocktails from 7 to 9 p.m., courtesy of Casa Noble. For those looking to sip on something more luxurious, drink half-priced bottles of champagne like Veuve Clicquot, Perrier-Jouët, and Dom Pérignon. This promotion takes place Tuesday, February 14, and Wednesday, February 15.

Go with a group of girls or fly solo and indulge in a spa treatment, followed by a healthy-lunch break on a private terrace. Skip girls' night and swing solo. After a day of shopping at Bal Harbour, treat yourself to sushi by Chef Makoto Okuwa. Sit at the sushi bar and be among fellow singles who just want to celebrate a good meal. Makoto says, "There is something really special about sitting at the sushi bar. You are watching the sushi chefs prepare beautiful dishes; makes it like dinner and a show."
